Banksy is hands down one of my favorite artist out there doing the damn thang in the street arts department. His latest run in London was sick and has been causing quite a controversy among the graffiti society. He apparently "remodeled" a piece that has been untouched for 25 years! That's unheard of now in days. I mean really, when is the last time you saw a piece stay up for more than a month? On top of that, in a city that likes their walls clean. My guess is either Banksy never heard of respect for your elders or just doesn't give a fuck. Anyway, he did it, he touched up Robbo's 1985 piece in the Camden Rivers of London. Nutty guy.
This is the original wall by Robbo painted in 1985…

Dope VANS! These are straight from the vault, The Switchback drops in Spring/Summer 2010 in two colorways. I personally like the aged brown leather. Dope, simple design.
This 18 year old kid, I'll say it again, 18, got 8 fucking years in prison, no parole, for $7,000 worth of graffiti damage. Fuck the judge for what she's about to do to this kid. Yeah he broke the law, but to send this young kid to prison full of killers and rapists and shit is way to much. Fuck the law, especially in that fucked up state of TEXAS. No disrespect to Texas.

The ATM Bandit gets down with a Crooks and Castles T. Shit is ironic right? This cat has been jacking people's personal information and taking cash out their bank account in Santa Barbra and two other neighboring counties all while donning the Versace-esque Crooks Logo T. I don't know, I always root for the bad guy so I think its kind of dope. Here's a video the cops released to our news station KEYT of the dude in action. CJ Ward....tell em whats happening. You can read the article here, but you got to pay or sign up or something.
Lowriders and tattoos. That's whats up! Coming from Santa Barbara, the Latin culture of lowriders and tats was always something that I could relate to. Its the way my Santa Barbara was. I would hang out with trouble makers at car shows and smoke dank while gettin some tats. By the way,did you know that 100% of gangs in SB are MEXICAN. That's nutty. Anyway, this culture is probably the most comfortable for me to be around. I mean I could hang around my skater friends and all the rich Montecito kids, no problem, but they couldn't hang around us like that, you know what I mean? I know this culture well, and I have a deep connection to it. Always will. Now,even though I'm not a gang member or own my own LO LO, I always felt like I could be myself around this culture. This video is so LA, so hood, and Cartoon is like an extension of how some Santa Barbarians are. I feel like I know the cat. Fucking Dope!

Remember the 8 litre applicator from Krink? Well here's a video to go along with the release.
Coming from a recording background, I'm always interested in how a producer vibes with his own music or work flow. 9th Wonder has made beats for so many great artists of our time and to hear he still gets down on fruity loops is bananas! This is such an insightful and inspiring interview.Check the episode, it once again becoming my favorite.

Thats it, I need this shit! The Wayfarer from Ray-Ban has been around since 1952, but never like this. Just look at em, they're beautiful. Someone buy me these for Christmas please.
I know I always post these Maestro Knows videos on here and I tell everybody about em as well, but mainly it has to do with the creative editing that goes on and the amount of substance they carry throughout the short films. To me any piece of footage can be good, but its all about the style and character of how it will be presented that makes it great. Levi seems to do it again and again with 7 minute films on life, culture and, shit I'll say it again, LIFE.. This is his last day shooting in NY, this time with the 13th Witness and Nigel Sylvestor lending a hand. Watch and learn how its done kids. Check the teaser for the 13th Witness X Levi website! Cant wait to see it.
