The clothing is nicely displayed like slabs of beef, hence the name "Ceria". It reminds me of Johnny Cupcakes, but instead of a cupcakery, it's a fuckin' meat market. It works.
It was definately a very different experience than that of a typical streetwear boutique. I honestly had my doubts before checking the joint out. I thought it would be too much of a gimmick or another over done store, but I was completely wrong. This shop is dope as fuck! The product line up is fire as well. Ceria carries all the super big names like Mighty Healthy, Benny Gold, Alife, Hall Of Fame, Freshjive, Orisue, Rocksmith, Mishka, Claw Money, Hellz, and Stones Throw. I also saw a couple of items from their own in-store brand Ceria. I am especially proud to say that this shop is the first of its kind anywhere, and it started here in the 805. Good job to everyone at Ceria. You guys are pushing the creative envelope. If that's not enough to make you to run over there right now, the owner, Still Wil, and partner, Quay, of radio station Q104.7, have alot of their buddies coming through the spot for in-store meet and greets, performances, and all kinds of other madness. I missed Far East Movement's show by a half hour and Talib Kweli was showin' up Sunday for his album listening party with DJ Hitek. I think they stream the videos live, you can check em out on their blog. Oh yah, The Game also stopped by the week before that to show some love. Keep your eyes open for these cats, a lot of noise is gonna come out of this joint for sure.

Paid a visit to the homey Jason at his shop, Tradition, in Westlake over the weekend. You know I had to cop a couple thangs off the shelves before they ran out. First and foremost I had to support and buy their collaboration T they put together with the cats from Quality Control. I got the Dodger colorway in heather grey. Dope!
I also picked up some good shit from The Lovewright Company. They are quickly becoming one of my favorite brands, and yours too! I had to get that Keep Rollin T in white and the Loc'd Up snap back cap in black. Simple Clean and has that IDGAF look that you need, ya know?
