A Day In the Life: Gangs

 Life is a trip dude. When I was growing up, I knew all the local gang members from my hood pretty well, and on some occasions, was even asked to be a part of their "movement". No thanks, but I do respect the cholo lifestyle, the culture they represent, and I also love hearing the twisted stories they tell of local heroes and fallen soldiers. I hate to glorify violence and all that, but it intrigues us all, you got to admit. Here's some super dope photography from Robert Yager in the early 90's as he hangs out with the homies.
